Altitude gain: sea le vel to about 300M This stream is very famous in the territory for its cont inuous high waterfalls and numerous clear water pools. We will trace upstre am via Shui Lo Cho and Man Cheung Po, then return to Lantau Trail heading back to Tai O. Along the upstream trek, there are several challenging cli ffty climbing spots and hidden bee hives. Long sleeve shirts and pants are the appropriate wears to avoid bee sting. Wear pr oper stream trekking sandals or hiking boots, spare clothes for changing, refreshment and, sufficient water for the post-stream hiking on the ridge , and sun protection gears as well. This is the first time I have led a stream trekking hike so I want to keep the group small. While stream trekk ing is fun, it is NOT for the faint hearted. It involves some minor rock- climbing, wading through water, walking on slippery rocks and some bush-w hacking up steep overgrown paths with bees and spider-webs. It is more dan gerous than a normal hike and you need to be prepared. However, we go slo wly and help each other. Be aware that stream trekking always have high ro cks climbing and slippery jumps with potential dangers. The organizer may t urn down those who are inexperienced in stream trekking to avoid the risk. Remarks:
